Maybe gluten (esp from US wheat?) is bad for us (Perfect Health Diet) but if you're going to have a cheat food, make it this one.

You can customize to choose thick or thin slices (I think we do thin to maximize the number of heavenly experiences), and you can order for curbside pickup!
Slather on a little Kerrygold Butter is the best and you'll think you've died and gone to Heaven — the smell alone is divine.
Bonus: it freezes really well (we generally thaw a third of a loaf at a time before toasting.
I think they also sell a not-quite-as-fresh version in grocery stores? I haven't tried it, but it's probably also delicious.
