Juanita’s tortilla chips have great texture & taste — one of the few tortilla chips that really don’t need to be dipped into anything. (Closest I’ve found to the ones they make from scratch in restaurants.)
But they’re a great vehicle for the best salsa: fresh cabbage pico de gallo (basically a Mexican coleslaw)
(Turns out these are regional to the PNW, but they ship from Target—just don’t also order laundry detergent because they will 100% put them in a box together 😬 and they go by another name in other states, e.g. at Safeway and Raley’s they’re called “JUANTONIO’s” 🇲🇽)
I don’t have an exact recipe (I usually get it at the local grocery store where my dad lives—they make it fresh).
