If you can afford it, I recommend getting your DNA tested (23andMe usually has sales for $100 a few times a year). Many people I know have not chosen to supply their personal identifying information due to worry about it being misused (e.g. to deny health insurance down the line if the ACA is repealed and/or they can use preexisting potential conditions against you). I believe you can request that they delete the information they have on you, though if you opted in to contribute to research, they may need to retain records to back up their data collection.
If you have the results, you'll want to run two profiles:
One for Methylation (there are 6 MTHFR and if you're missing some, it might make sense to look into methylation support) and
One for Detox (if you have multiple knockouts here, you might want to eat more cruciferous vegetables and sweat toxins out, and potentially get checked out if you have a family history of cancer).
