These are delicious and nutritious. Unfortunately a bunch of them use oils that the Perfect Health Diet considers bad, including the ones from Costco π
The good news is that there are some from gimMe on Amazon that use avocado oil or olive oil (more expensive than the ones from Costco, but not terrible if you use subscribe & save). The TJ's organic 0.17oz ones use high oleic sunflower oil which is actually PHD approved (low in Omega-6) and theyβre an even better deal per oz than the bigger packs on Amazon, but I like the seaweed too much and would just need two to satisfy my craving π
You can also roast them at home yourself from larger sheets of nori and the oil of your choice.
We also use much smaller amounts of seaweed as a flavor enhancer instead of a snack via the TJβs nori sesame seed shaker that we keep with the salt and pepper and put on all sorts of food.
