Tomato Basil Bread from Panera (toasted)

Maybe gluten is bad for us, but if you're going to have a cheat food, make it this one.

There's no better toast in the world (I'm perfectly fine with this being treated as a challenge!)

You can customize to choose thick or thin slices (I think we do thin to maximize the number of heavenly experiences), and you can order for curbside pickup!

Slather on a little Kerrygold and you'll think you've died and gone to Heaven — the smell alone is divine.

Bonus: it freezes really well (we generally thaw a third of a loaf at a time before toasting.

I think they also sell a not-quite-as-fresh version in grocery stores? I haven't tried it, but it's probably also delicious.
